Tanaza and Fing

Milan, Italy & Dendermonde, Belgium – November 14, 2022 – Tanaza, the leading cloud management platform for SMB Wi-Fi access points, and Fing, a Lansweeper company, the leader in device recognition technology, have partnered on a new add-on for the Tanaza platform users.  MSPs gain a powerful tool to troubleshoot remote networks with an add-on that enriches the Tanaza Wi-Fi client’s data by integrating the Fing device recognition technology and intelligent outage detection system.

Network administrators of all types can now use the Fing Add-on to easily identify connected devices and troubleshoot network connectivity issues from a single platform.

The Fing Add-on will be available in two plans: Basic and Pro.

The free Basic version leverages the Fing device recognition technology to enrich Tanaza clients’ connection traffic data and provide useful information to troubleshoot Wi-Fi networks from remote. Available from Nov 14th, 2022.

The paid Pro version, available in early 2023, pushes network troubleshooting over the boundaries introducing the intelligent Fing Outage detection system to automatically detect and report outages at the ISP or carrier/power level.

Sebastiano Bertani, CEO of Tanaza, stated “The Fing add-on brings to Tanaza the client identification capabilities that have been appreciated by Fing users, i.e., a community that counts more than 100 million downloads of the Fing App. And the cooperation goes beyond just the Fing, as the potential synergy with the Lansweeper Embedded Technologies is limitless, encompassing tools that include IT asset management to cybersecurity solutions”.
